I want to thank all of you for your words of encouragement.
I really think it is more a lack of time and energy than it is lack of inspiration. Everything going on in and around Israel has given me plenty I've wanted to write about.
Maybe I could stir the pot here a little, I think Israel is responding the way we are to terrorism, and yet our president is telling them to back off.
My history about the issue is fuzzy, but here is what I deduce based on my observations.
If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, it is a duck. Yasser is a terrorist, period, paragraph.
The Palastine leadership does not want peace. What they do want is the elimination of Israel. Then there will be peace. Arafat was already offered 97% of what he wanted, and he turned it down.
If it takes incursions into the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and beyond to weed out those who would do harm to her, I say so be it.
I keep hearing from the Arab propaganda machine that the Israelis brought it upon themselves because of the occupation, and the humiliation put upon the Palastinians by them.
Another interesting note about the Palastinians: Nobody likes them! Not even the arab countries who support them! Jordan killed thousands of them, so did Kuwait. These people cannot get along with anyone.
I say Israel is defending herself, and war is hell. For the Arabs, there is no peacful solution except one: No more Israel.
