Hello Diaryland,
How the heck are ya?
The huddled mass of flesh writing this is Rick. I actually have a few moments to spare, and thought I would greet all of you, and let you known that I am alive and well.
I started this diary in May of last year mostly to vent politically, and document my failing marriage, because quite truthfully I wanted to document everything that was happening in case I wound up in court.
Well, it seems that my marriage is doing better, things aren’t where I’d like them to be but hey, they are getting better.
I’m still in school, and I’m just about to finish my winter semester. I am doing fine, but I’m still burning the candle at both ends.
My kids are great. No. 1’s grades improved significantly, No. 2 is batting .500, No. 3 is doing great in school and has a best friend now.
I have a lot going on. My diary has suffered because of it. I miss writing.
I am still here, and I plan to continue writing, whether it is political ranting (because I’m always right) or even if is about the daily events in my life. Caution: it may get boring. Sometimes I feel like if it is not funny or profound, or even interesting that I shouldn’t write about it at all, but by stopping, I have lost a little of my creative edge, and that would be a shame.
