I'm working kinda late tonight trying to get caught up so that I can take some time off tommorow. Cheryl wants to go down to Cinci, and roam around a little. On the fourth, we want to try get a Red's game in, and then we go do our annual thing at Ault Park.
She tried to talk me into going to Cedar Point, and I'm just not up to it. I still haven't recovered from Disney yet.
Anxiety attacks are really getting milder everyday. I think I learned something about my limitations through all of this. If I take another class over the summer, it will most likely be basket-weaving or something.
My therapist and I parted ways today. He feels I have a lot of work to do, and I should call him maybe in a few months and see what's going on. He has really helped me reaffirm a lot of things I already knew to be true. It was good to hear someone else say what I was thinking, and also to get some perspective on how to handle things.
Well I'll see you after the 4th.
