I spent a lot of time on the road today. I went up to Columbus to see a vendor, and we spent about 2 hours there, had lunch and came back.
I hate driving.
Grant, (my boss) was with me, and it was good to get to know a little better. Not that I am trying to schmooze the boss, but he is probably the best one I’ve ever had.
To make matters worse, I have a busy weekend ahead. The Pastor from the church I grew up in is retiring Sunday, and we have to travel up to Cleveland (3.5 hrs from Dayton) to be part of that. 25 years is a long time at any job. He did well. He will be missed.
Before we leave, Tom has a cross country match that we are volunteers for. That will take up half of the day. Katie has Soccer practice, and David has football. Plus they all want to go to Beavercreek home game tonight.
Me? I just want to sleep.
