I had my first old man physical last Friday. I got my blood work done. While examining me Dr. Mike noticed I looked pale, and said that I might be anemic. So later Friday night I see there is a message from his office telling me that I have to call the nurses station at his office.  It would have been nice to get that message earlier so I wouldn't have had to wait until Monday to find out what was up. So my mind starts running wild. I spent the entire weekend trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I thought, cancer, mono, poor diet... I was a mess.

So finally on Monday I called his office to find out the terrible news that awaited me...

Everything is normal, and that's what they wanted to tell me.

"Oh... okay... uh... thanks?"
